Solidgate Treasury is a financial hub that provides a multi-currency business account for global companies, offering SEPA & SWIFT transfers, global payouts, FX, and other financial instruments.

You'll join the Solidgate Treasury - a cross-functional team focused on solving a problem that's very real for thousands of digital companies: hard-to-access global transfers, multiple providers for different payment methods, and overcomplicated onboarding processes. Companies open a business account, send SEPA and SWIFT payments, make payouts to cards, exchange currencies, and manage everything through one portal.

The product is one year in and moving into the scale phase. We've validated the core. Now we're launching new services - starting with corporate cards, more enhanced payments infrastructure, mass payouts - and we need someone to own them end-to-end.

— Launch and own new services like cards issuing, mass payouts from the scratch. You own the full arc: problem definition, solution design, delivery, and live.

— Help shape the long-term product strategy for the Treasury direction — not just execute a roadmap, but build the case for where the product goes next.

— Run continuous customer discovery — user interviews, cust dev, working directly with B2B clients to sharpen what Solidgate Treasury actually solves for them.

— Translate customer insight and partner documentation into concrete product decisions. You'll work with complex integration specs and API docs.

— Drive the full development lifecycle in a cross-functional team - from RFC and PRD to production - working daily with engineers, and many cross-functional teams.

You're a Great Fit If You Have

— 3+ years as a Product Manager at a product company.

— Comfort with complex technical products: reading API docs, working through integration specs, and deep collaboration with engineers.

— English at Upper-Intermediate or above. You'll work with international partners and documentation regularly.

— A default toward action. If something is unclear, you clarify it. If something is broken, you fix it. This team doesn't hand-hold.

Nice to Have

— B2B product experience. You understand the product lifecycle, how business customers think, buy, and adopt financial tools differently from consumers.

— Background in payments or fintech.

— Experience launching new products.

— Real impact, immediately. You're building infrastructure that solves a felt problem — businesses that can't access EU banking, can't move money internationally, can't issue cards to their teams. What you ship directly changes that.

— Career trajectory with a ceiling that moves. Owning an entire product direction within 12 months is a realistic path here. As Treasury scales, the scope of your role scales with it.

— A team of professionals that raises the bar. Senior engineers with 8–10+ years in fintech, strong opinions, collaboaration and help.
