Day in the Life of the Product Manager:
- Own and drive product strategy, roadmap definition, and prioritization for the assigned product area.
- Translate customer needs, market insights, and business objectives into product capabilities and prioritized initiatives.
- Define, maintain, and communicate product requirements and specifications to ensure successful product development and delivery.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure solutions are aligned with product intent, customer outcomes, and technical feasibility.
- Validate product concepts and enhancements through customer interactions and feedback loops.
- Maintain and continuously evolve the product roadmap and product documentation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to inform product decisions and positioning.
- Support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support by providing product knowledge, materials, and guidance.
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and trade-offs to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to forecasting, prioritization, and product investment decisions, including revenue potential and product performance.
Required Qualifications - About you:
- Experience with travel technology or airline systems is a strong advantage.
- Strong ability to translate business and customer needs into structured requirements.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, operations, support).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, applied in a product context.
- Ability to operate in structured, process-driven environments, while managing competing priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Make decisions under ambiguity using data.
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term strategy.
- Evaluate product performance against financial targets.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
