Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Build brand strategies and positioning in line with business objectives, market trends and portfolio need.
Develop and implement execution phase: promotional campaigns for assigned brands.
Support planning and execution of new product launches.
Monitor brand performance, market trends and KPIs, proposing adjustments to tactics where needed.
Translate market, customer and competitive insights into meaningful and effective marketing initiatives.
Lead development, approval and rollout of promotional materials across channels, ensuring consistency, compliance and procedures accuracy.
Coordinate external partners, in line with internal standards and processes.
Manage assigned A&P budget and support P&L optimization.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Trade and other key stakeholders.
Conduct field visits to assess quality of execution and gather customer insights.
Support and contribute to Field Force training and brand‑related communication.
Build effective internal relationships to ensure alignment and strong execution.
Our Requirements:
University degree (preferably in Life Sciences, Marketing or Business related).
Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing roles, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry (yet not a must).
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Junior or Product Manager.
Solid understanding of the marketing mix and brand management principles.
Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns and brand plans.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Good collaboration and communication skills; experience working cross‑functionally.
Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
Compensation Structure & Criteria:
Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.

Work mode: hybrid - min. 2 days of on-site office work
Pay range (monthly salary): 13 350 - 24 800 zł gross
Variable compensation:
- Annual performance-based bonus: 15%
