Principal Accountabilities:
Strategy, Ideation and Roadmap:
- Analyze market trends.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
- Anticipate market & customers needs and create requirement-driven solutions.
- Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap.
- Plan product design and features.
- Benchmark and differentiate versus competitors.
- Articulate market requirements.
Product Definition:
- Author product requirements.
- Work with business analysts to understand customer requirements.
- Globalize features to fit across markets/deployments.
Product Marketing
- Create product collaterals.
- Participate in industry forums and events, event sponsorships.
- Author white papers and case studies.
- Define pricing approach for market segments.
Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with architects and engineers in an agile development environment. Work with Business Development (BD) on RFPs if required, assist in training BD and sales, ensure demo infrastructure.
- Support Delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and in reviewing Change Requests received from market.
- Partner engagement: Assess partnerships and licensing opportunities with external 3rd parties
