About the Position

Reporting to the Director of Product Management, this Product Manager is responsible for leading product requirements and driving execution for identity and SaaS security capabilities, with a primary focus on CASB and ITDR-related initiatives. This role partners closely with engineering to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of features aligned with the product-line strategy and priorities established by the Director of Product Management.

This role is customer-facing and requires strong communication skills, the ability to translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements, and collaboration across engineering, UX, sales, and go-to-market teams.

This position requires full-time, on-site work on a daily basis in either São Paulo/SP or Santa Rita do Sapucaí/MG.

 A Day in the Life

As a Product Manager, you will act as the inbound product owner for your assigned product area. You will balance customer needs, technical constraints, and strategic priorities while working hands-on with engineering teams. You will engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to validate problems, define solutions, and ensure that delivered capabilities support the broader identity and SaaS security strategy.

 Key Responsibilities
 

Product Definition & Requirements

  • Own product requirements for assigned identity and SaaS security capabilities.
  • Translate product-line strategy and priorities into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.

Delivery & Engineering Collaboration

  • Partner with engineering as Product Owner in an Agile environment.
  • Prioritize and groom the backlog to ensure focus on the highest-value work.
  • Provide ongoing clarification and guidance throughout development to ensure successful feature delivery.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage directly with customers, partners, and internal teams to understand needs and validate solutions.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer in product discussions and decision-making.
  • Support sales, partners, and customer-facing teams with product knowledge, demos, and technical clarity.

Alignment & Execution

  • Ensure product execution aligns with the goals and priorities established for the product line.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, documentation, training, support, and go-to-market teams.
  • Contribute input to roadmap planning based on customer feedback, delivery learnings, and market signals.
 Skills & Qualifications
 

Required

  • Strong product management or product owner experience in a SaaS or security-focused environment.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong proficiency in English.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with customers, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of identity technologies, SaaS controls, governance, and security concepts.
  • Understanding of CASB and ITDR use cases and customer needs.
  • Mandatory availability for on-site work on a daily basis in São Paulo/SP or Santa Rita do Sapucaí/MG.
  • Advanced English proficiency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with consumer-focused applications and user-centric product design.
  • Experience or knowledge in networking technologies.
  • Exposure to ZTNA and SASE architectures and market trends.
  • Background in cybersecurity, cloud security, or SaaS security platforms.
Experience
  • Prior experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or a related role is preferred.
  • Experience working in identity, SaaS security, or adjacent cybersecurity domains is strongly valued.

Skills Required

  • Strong product management or product owner experience in a SaaS or security-focused environment
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile / Scrum methodologies
