As a Product Manager, you will drive the development and success of IDEXX’s innovative veterinary software platforms, including Vello, designed to connect veterinary practices with pet owners.
Based in a collaborative environment, you will play a key role in shaping products that sit at the center of the veterinary ecosystem and directly impact how care is delivered to animals.

In this role:You lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative veterinary software products
You define and drive the product experience for appointment scheduling and client engagement capabilities within Vello
You conduct market and user research to deeply understand customer needs and opportunities
You act as a product expert and advocate, championing your product vision across the organization
You own and evolve the product business case, balancing customer value and commercial outcomes
You maintain a well-prioritized and clearly defined product backlog with high-quality user stories
You drive sprint planning, refinement, and ongoing Agile delivery activities
You collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality solutions
You provide ongoing support to engineering teams and act as a key point of contact for product decisions
You proactively communicate progress, insights, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
You measure product success through data, insights, and performance metrics
You manage dependencies across teams and coordinate delivery within a scaled environment
You develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps, including cost/benefit analysis for initiatives
This role is critical to shaping how veterinary practices connect with pet owners in a digital-first world. By driving the Vello platform and its appointment and engagement capabilities, you will directly influence how care is accessed, delivered, and experienced. Your work will help veterinarians operate more efficiently while strengthening relationships with pet owners, ultimately improving outcomes in animal health.
What you need to succeed:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product management role
Demonstrated success managing products across their full lifecycle
Experience working in B2B or B2B2C environments
Strong ability to gather, define, and prioritize product requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving capability with a hands-on, proactive approach
Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
Nice to have:
Experience working within SaaS or platform-based products
Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and product-led development practices
Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or similar domains
