Overview:
We are looking for a bilingual Product Manager (Mandarin & English) to lead CRM localization and integrations for the APAC region, with a strong focus on China. This role will ensure our global CRM platform is adapted for China’s digital ecosystem and integrated with local enterprise communication tools and data providers. The Product Manager will work closely with APAC Client Service, Sales, Compliance and Global Engineering teams to deliver CRM capabilities tailored for China and APAC markets.
This is an in-person position out of our Shanghai office.
What You'll Do:
- Product Strategy
- Define and manage the APAC CRM localization roadmap.
- Translate regional business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Align regional needs with global CRM product strategy.
- CRM Localization
- Adapt CRM workflows and features to meet China market requirements.
- Ensure compatibility with local business processes, language, and regulatory considerations.
- Integrations
- Job Portals
- Lead integrations between CRM and key messaging platforms including WeChat, WhatsApp
- Platform(s) providing research data of Public and Private companies
- Telephony Vendors
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with global product teams and APAC stakeholders.
- Work with engineering teams to deliver integrations and localized features.
- Coordinate with vendors and technology partners.
What You Have:
- 5-8 years of Product Management experience in enterprise software or CRM.
- Experience with Localization initiatives, API integrations
- Strong understanding of the China digital ecosystem.
- Fluent Mandarin and English.
- Bachelor's degree
