As Product Manager you will support the growth and performance of assigned product lines within a region. You will focus on execution, coordination, and analysis, working closely with Global Product Management and cross‑functional teams to help drive profitable growth and effective product lifecycle management.
This role will support the Food & Beverage division within Solenis.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of growth initiatives for assigned product lines.
- Assist in managing the regional product portfolio in alignment with Global Product Management, including product mix, differentiation, and margin improvement.
- Provide input and support for product roadmaps and multi‑generation product plans.
- Execute regional pricing updates and support pricing strategies defined by Global Product Management.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Procurement to support cost management initiatives, including product sourcing, asset alignment, and managing supply constraints.
- Collaborate with Sales on key customer opportunities and proposal development to support increased win rates.
- Coordinate and manage core product management processes, serving as a point of contact for Regulatory, Supplier issues, and New Product Introductions (NPIs).
- Work cross‑functionally with Product Regulatory, Product Support, Planning, Pricing, and Applications to support raw material management, inventory levels, and regional production planning.
- Maintain and update the regional price book to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Support product lifecycle activities, including forecasting, product changes, and regional execution of SBU plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical degree (Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related field).
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or technical environment.
- Experience in Applications, Sales, Marketing, R&D, or Product Support is a plus.
- Technical or customer‑facing experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to apply data to business decisions.
- Effective time management and ability to work across multiple teams and priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across functions.
- Basic understanding of marketing, pricing, and product management principles.
- Business and customer awareness, with the ability to quickly learn company markets and technologies.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,530.00 and $137,181.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.Skills Required
