Job Description
Teledyne e2v Machine Vision Sensors is offering a position of Product Manager. In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of the MVS Operations’ team, contributing to the growth of the Digital Imaging segment.
Mission
In tight partnership with the Production and the New Product Engineering teams, the Product Manager will provide support to all activities related to product in production with the objective to allow MVS to sustain our customers with the right quality of products, at the right cost and at the right time. This position will also contribute to transfer product into production from the ramp-up phase.
As Product Manager for Image Sensors, you will oversee the full lifecycle of products transferred to production. You will ensure optimal Cost, Quality, and Delivery performance, aligning product specifications with customer expectations while driving continuous improvement.
The Product Manager operates cross functionally, collaborating with all key organizations including Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business teams, and Design.
Our organization is international, the Manager of the Product Manager is based in Grenoble with the rest of the team, providing the opportunity to participate in a wider way.

REQUIREMENTS
Degree
Industrial or Telecommunication Engineer.
Specialist in Electronics, or Robotics or Automation.
Technical experience in microelectronics.

Desirable Experience:
Good understanding in product quality management and reliability.
Experience with quality management systems.

Languages:
Spanish (C1 minimum), both spoken and written.
English (B2 minimum), both spoken and written.
RESPONSIBILITIES DETAIL
Data management (in collaboration with Production manager):
Wafer sort: test data storage from tester (STDF+images), automatic sending to WEBFDI, automatic postprocessing, automatic mail to suppliers with wafer maps (in collaboration with Project manager).
Final test: test data storage and automatic sending to WEBFDI.
Back up versions of programs.
Test mean management (with the support of one technician from Production team):
Tester: maintenance of both machines (order and manage all necessary material including golden wafers and information), validation of results, capability studies à engage corresponding actions.
Test platform: maintenance of the test system platform (order and manage all necessary material + managing EoL of components e.g.: socket including golden samples and information - include external systems in assembly houses for in-line inspection), validation of results, capability studies à engage corresponding actions.
Test strategy:
Participate in alignment with GNB: format (excel to STDF), binning.
Participate in alignment of test limits between delivery specs, final test and wafer sort.
Follow up of changes - control of versioning.
Removal or minimization of post-processing.
Test program improvement (test time reduction, introduce new tests based on RMA, remove unnecessary tests, modify based on new best practices…).
Continuous improvement of yield results.
Support to production:
Give proper support to production when issues are flagged.
Technical support:
To assembly house.
To customers.
To subcontractors.
To foundry
Assistance for new equipment definition, installation and validation.
