The Role
As a Product Manager at Fairmarkit, you'll enhance the Intake product, develop roadmaps, gather customer insights, and collaborate across teams to drive adoption and innovation.
Summary Generated by Built In

Fairmarkit is the #1 autonomous sourcing platform revolutionizing the way all organizations buy & sell. Fairmarkit equips procurement teams with automation, AI, and GenAI so they can source more competitively at scale. Our solutions for tail spend and strategic sourcing help innovative procurement teams reduce cycle times, drive out costs, meet ESG/Diversity targets, and provide a better stakeholder experience to internal partners and suppliers. Fairmarkit has been recognized with awards by organizations such as Gartner and IDC, and is backed by strategic investors like Notable Capital, Insight Partners, 1984.VC, and Newfund.

We are looking for a Growth Product Manager who will become a key addition to our strong Product Team.

In this role, you will drive the growth and adoption of Fairmarkit’s Intake product, used by major global enterprises. Beyond defining the roadmap, your primary focus will be on product adoption, usage, and measurable impact. You will work closely with customers, ensuring that what we build is not only shipped, but actively used and delivering value.

You will collaborate with a highly skilled team of developers building agentic-first solutions to solve complex customer problems.

Responsibilities
  • Own product growth by defining, tracking, and improving key product metrics (adoption, engagement, retention, conversion).
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor product performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Deeply understand user journeys and business processes, and continuously optimize them to improve adoption and user experience.
  • Work closely with customers (calls, workshops, onsite when needed) — ideally spending 50%+ of your time with customers.
  • Identify friction points in the product and proactively drive solutions that improve activation and long-term usage.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer success to deliver impactful product improvements.
  • Balance short-term customer needs with long-term product growth strategy.
  • Use data and customer insights to define hypotheses, run experiments, and measure outcomes.
  • Clearly communicate product decisions backed by data, customer insights, and business goals.
  • Lead end-to-end product development : from discovery and validation to launch, adoption, and scale.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on product growth and metrics-driven decision making.
  • Proven experience working with product metrics and driving measurable product growth.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools and dashboards (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, Tableau, or similar).
  • Strong ability to independently define, track, and analyze product KPIs.
  • Experience working closely with customers and driving product adoption (not just feature delivery).
  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, procurement, ERP, or fintech is a strong plus.
  • Experience with guided buying, intake, or customer-centric UX is a plus.
  • Experience working with LLM-based or non-deterministic systems is a plus.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
What We’re Looking For
  • A metric-driven mindset - you make decisions based on data, not assumptions.
  • A strong focus on product adoption and growth, not just feature delivery.
  • Ability to identify what drives user behavior and optimize for it.
  • Confidence to challenge requests and propose better, scalable solutions.
  • Strong ownership and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in procurement intake or related domains.
  • Understanding of procurement workflows (requisitions, approvals, purchase orders, vendor management).
  • Experience simplifying complex systems into intuitive user experiences.
  • Familiarity with tools like Miro, Confluence, FullStory or similar.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Experience with agentic systems or AI-driven product experiences.

For this role we are looking for a candidate based in Poland, the UK, or Ireland.

Headquartered in Boston, and backed by a $35.6M Series C co-led by OMERS, Highland, Notable Capital, Insight Partners, and ServiceNow.
