Full Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and strategic Product Manager who has the following flowing through their veins: curiosity, innovation, passion, and a desire to make an impact.

You will contribute to the development and expansion of our insert solutions in the print and mail industry. In this role, you will connect market needs, customer requirements, and our engineering teams to create innovative products that improve and simplify mail operations.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for products, product features, and new business by:

  • Gathering continuous feedback from clients, sales, service, and partners
  • Monitoring industry trends and translating them into clear business and technical requirements
  • Adapting current products, services, and channels to adjacent markets for growth
  • Driving new product development across hardware and software, and preparing for successful launches

You will report to the Director, of Product Line Management.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap, aligned with business priorities and market needs
  • Work closely with sales, engineering, service, and marketing to prioritize and execute the product agenda
  • Gather and synthesize input from clients, the market, and internal teams to build best-in-class solutions
  • Define features, assess their value, and translate them into clear specifications and requirements
  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria; ensure alignment with development teams
  • Act as subject matter expert for assigned products
  • Lead product launches including go-to-market, training, documentation, and events
  • Monitor product performance, usage, and financial results; adjust as needed
  • Measure product value and lifetime contribution to both clients and the business
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities in core and adjacent markets
  • Support Product Marketing on campaigns and market-facing activities
  • Program and project manage key initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, product development, or project management
  • Experience managing products across the full lifecycle (concept to launch and beyond)
  • Client-facing experience, including both executive discussions and technical conversations
  • Strong understanding of data, analytics, and performance measurement
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Experience working across teams including engineering, sales, service, and marketing
  • Based in or near Danbury, CT, with flexibility and willingness to travel

Preferred

  • Experience in managing vendors and partners with the ability to build and sustain industry relationships.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and analytics to solve problems and guide product decisions
  • A creative thinker with a curious nature and a mindset to challenge the status quo.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to maintain high productivity with minimal supervision.
  • Brings something new to the table, whether from another industry or a fresh lens on the market.

Pay Range

100k-150k

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology or related field
