The Product Manager supports the development and execution of the Midnight product roadmap. This role assists in gathering requirements, writing user stories, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and supporting release readiness activities. The position is ideal for an early-career product professional looking to gain hands-on SaaS product experience while contributing to meaningful, customer-driven initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining product requirements and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning activities
- Maintain and organize product backlogs and documentation
- Analyze customer feedback and support ticket trends
- Support internal QA validation prior to release
- Coordinate release documentation with marketing and training teams
- Track feature adoption and product usage metrics
- Assist in internal demos and feature overviews
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Comfortable working cross-functionally
- Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and workflows
- Organizational discipline and documentation skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product, business analysis, or project coordination (internships included)
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar
- Strong interest in B2B software, SaaS, or workflow systems
Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000
