Summary:
In this role, you will manage complex product suites and deliver solutions that advance Envi’s position in the ambulatory care market while supporting alignment with the Vizient Provista GPO. You will evaluate factors including product maturity, stakeholder needs, user adoption, delivery priorities, revenue opportunities, and data sources to inform product strategy. You will collaborate with existing customers, design partners, and internal stakeholders to drive cross-functional initiatives, support product delivery, and maintain awareness of market conditions that influence strategic direction.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between end users, product management, and business units to gather and document high-level epic and feature requirements with guidance from senior team members.
- Develop and launch products that deliver value to clients and the organization.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the quarterly product roadmap and presenting updates to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, continuously reassessing priorities based on business and client needs.
- Communicate product goals and vision to development teams and adapt priorities as updates occur.
- Collaborate with business analysts, engineering teams, and User Experience (UX) designers to align solutions with client requirements.
- Advocate for users and clients through voice-of-customer research, user interviews, observation, UX testing, and validation activities.
- Support cross-functional teams in developing user guides and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with stakeholders.
- Support project teams during design, development, and Quality Assurance (QA) testing by clarifying high-level requirements and product functionality.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Strong experience with Agile software development methodologies, including QA, UAT, and UX, required.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills required.
- Experience communicating technical concepts and data to multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams required.
- Familiarity with data visualization and documentation tools required.
- Healthcare experience in a provider, supplier, or consulting environment highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
