We are seeking a Product Manager to lead cross-functional delivery of regulated healthcare/medical software. You will ensure end-to-end project execution with strong coordination across Product, UX, Engineering, QA/Validation, Regulatory/Quality, and Operations. This role requires rigorous planning, transparent reporting, and high process maturity in a compliance-driven corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own overall project delivery to in relation to the product: scope, timelines, budget tracking (if applicable), milestones, dependencies, and risk management.
- Coordinate multiple teams (engineering, QA, UX, BA, DevOps, security, internal vendors) and align delivery plans with business priorities.
- Establish and maintain delivery governance: , RAID logs, release plans, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive process integrity: ensure adherence to SDLC, change control, documentation standards, and quality gates.
- Track and manage deliverables (requirements, design, implementation, verification/validation, release notes, training materials as needed).
- Prepare and deliver clear, executive-level reporting: status, risks, mitigations, forecast, and resource needs.
- Facilitate decision-making, manage escalations, and remove delivery impediments.
- Support release planning and coordination across environments
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in software delivery (preferably in healthcare/medical, life sciences, or other regulated industries).
- Demonstrated ability to run multi-team projects with complex dependencies and strict quality requirements.
- Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban) and ability to operate in hybrid corporate environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills (written and verbal English).
- Strong analytical mindset: able to track delivery metrics and drive corrective action.
Compliance / Regulated Environment Expectations
- Proven experience working with quality management systems and compliance-driven SDLC.
- Familiarity with relevant standards and practices is a strong advantage.
Tools & Skills (Preferred)
- Jira, DevOps, Confluence.
- Reporting: Excel/PowerPoint; ability to produce executive-ready summaries.
