The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven and technically savvy Product Manager to join our growing Product team and support our Senior Product Manager leading demand and growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious PM who thrives in a fast-moving, scale-up environment. You’ll work across discovery, delivery, growth initiatives, and complex integrations helping shape products that power emergency response experiences across consumer apps, enterprise clients, IoT and Bluetooth devices, and security monitoring platforms in the UK and US.
You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution translating opportunity into structured discovery, clear PRDs, well-defined tickets, and measurable outcomes. You’ll work closely with Design, Engineering, Data, Operations, and high-level enterprise partners to ensure our product scales efficiently and delivers real-world impact.
What You’ll Do
● Product Discovery & Strategy Support
- Support opportunity sizing, user discovery, and problem validation initiatives
- Conduct customer interviews and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Ops to surface product insights
- Translate insights into structured discovery outputs and clear product requirements
- Contribute to roadmap planning and execution alongside the Senior Product Manager
● Requirements & Delivery Management
- Write clear PRDs, user stories, and technical requirements
- Refine tickets for new features, bug fixes, and quick-win improvements
- You’ll be comfortable working on systems including Monday, Slack, Zoho, Google Suite, Figma and the main LLMs
- Work closely with Engineering to clarify edge cases, APIs, and integration requirements
- Ensure high-quality delivery through structured grooming and sprint collaboration
● Growth & Analytics
- Support growth experimentation initiatives (activation, onboarding optimisation, feature adoption)
- Use data to inform prioritisation and measure product impact
- Build and interpret dashboards to track funnel performance and product health
- Partner with marketing and growth teams on B2B2C demand generation initiatives
- Help design efficient systems for prioritisation, delivery tracking, and cross-team communication
- Integrate AI tooling into research, documentation, analytics, and workflow optimisation
- Support continuous improvement of product ops to maximise impact with minimal friction
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a scale-up or B2B2C environment
- Strong experience writing PRDs, user stories, and managing delivery in agile environments
- Confidence working on API-driven and integration-heavy products
- Experience collaborating with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product data
- Interest in growth experimentation and optimisation
- High attention to detail with strong systems thinking
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve product workflows
