Job DescriptionThe mission of the Product Manager is to lead the discovery and concept of new business opportunities, identifying product gaps and propose solutions to increase our client experience. As part of this role, manage and guide stakeholders keeping an continuous communication flow, being a dedicated listener our audience are able to translate these needs into products.
Being tech driven and up to date to develop technical partnership and product driven to facilitate product ceremonies (discoveries, ideation, mappings, etc) besides heading all product development lifecycle. Passing throw ideate, solution definition, KPIs to watch, project management, work into business hypothesis, creating MVPs and piloting these initiatives.
Challenging and disrupting the business, always looking for the next big thing.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Acting in the implementation and rollout of the product, following all activities to stabilize the product.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement and propose solutions that are aligned with the company's strategy and the best user experience.
- Lead problem resolution and continuous improvement of the solution, identifying key stakeholders, and motivating working groups to improve specific topics.
- Manage stakeholders and areas involved with the project through assertive communication.
- Organize backlog and prioritize roadmap according to the company's strategic planning.
- Periodically review existing flows and processes to improve product efficiency.
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and testing to deeply understand the needs of customers and local partners.
- Analyze data to understand the impact of delivered products and draw insights for the future of the product.
What You Need for this Position
- Experience of end-to-end product management experience.
- A passion for the user and outcome centered design and product development.
- The ability to integrate as a team player and work cross-functionally; manage conflicting priorities and drive results with creative solutions.
- Demonstrated & clear communication skills, as well as the ability to clearly communicate product direction and value proposition to a spectrum of internal (e.g. business, sales, marketing, engineering) and external audiences.
- A sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
- Experience navigating the trade-offs necessary to deliver quality products on predictable timelines.
- The ability to clearly articulate strategic product decisions and tie them to tactical tasks.
- Experience using Jira, Asana or similar team-based project management software.
- Good analytics skills and aptitude for data processes.
- Availability for in-person work at fairs and events throughout the year.
