As a Product Manager, you'll be a member of a small high-performing team that is re-imagining the way we do business. The Product Manager is responsible for working with business, customer and technical stakeholders to facilitate the capture of end-end requirements to establish and deliver the product roadmap. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across multiple teams to ensure alignment while across the end-to-end delivery cycle. You will function as the voice of the customer within product and engineering teams to ensure products deliver customer value.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance products that address customer needs and priorities, creating solutions that truly make an impact
  • Turn ideas into actionable features by working with product owners to maintain a clear backlog and craft user stories that deliver value
  • Collaborate with diverse teams, data, analytics, engineering to keep the customer perspective at the heart of every decision
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment, support, and change management
  • Champion agile practices, including sprint planning, and roadmap reviews to keep projects moving forward
  • Partner with business teams to identify opportunities for product and service improvements
  • Evaluate solutions strategically, ensuring seamless integration and balancing value against cost throughout development
  • Communicate product vision and roadmap clearly to stakeholders and leadership
  • Manage ongoing product performance, expansion, financial health, roadmap, and end-of-life decisions as appropriate
  • Serve as the product champion and apply deep expertise to credibly represent, manage and engage with business(es)
  • Contribute to team success, sharing knowledge and supporting growth across the organization

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven expertise in agile software development and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Proven deep understanding of customer-centric product design and development
  • Demonstrated success managing and delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder programs

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven PBM or healthcare experience
  • Demonstrated solid understanding of pricing, billing or financial systems
  • Proven experience in operations, healthcare pricing, network management, healthcare economics or related discipline
