Beside, we also have capabilities of customizing manifold and controller PLC ; HMI design, and calculation service to ensure customer need is met. To achieve sales targets, and to provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions to customer so as to achieve high levels of satisfaction, maintain and enlarge market share.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Product/Market Intelligence

  • Consolidate, analyze, and communicate market needs and trends in close collaboration with the commercial team.

  • Consolidate, analyze, and communicate information about the competition in close collaboration with the commercial team.

  • Analyze and communicate the market positioning of their product range (market share, market and competitor segmentation).

Range Evolution

  • Define the product strategy based on market needs, competitive offerings, and new technologies with the goal of achieving ALES's long-term strategic objectives in close collaboration with the CTO and R&D.

  • Maintain and/or evolve a product range to develop results (revenue, market share, margin, customer satisfaction, etc.) and monitor the results obtained.

  • Define and communicate the expected commercial positioning for their product range (market price, cost price, delivery time) and provide the expected cost price to internal stakeholders (Design Office, supply chain).

  • Capitalize on issues encountered by customers with their product range (customer complaints, starter experience feedback, technical support requests, etc.).

Communication and Promotion

  • In collaboration with the Commercial Manager, design and implement the promotion of the product(s) in the markets.

  • Develop and update sales support tools (technical proposals, presentations, brochures, catalog, etc.) and sales arguments for the sales team.

  • Keep up-to-date and analyze the commercial and technical results obtained and implement appropriate corrective actions.

  • Analyze sales forecasts and recommend stock anticipations.

  • Train and guide sales teams in the field on the technical specifics of products and their differentiating positioning.

Sales Force Support

  • Keep a history of existing equipment up-to-date by maintaining an exhaustive list of the installed base and its specificities, including information such as the manufacturing date, user data, and interventions/modifications carried out on the said product and on other similar products (Product Sheet).

  • Ensure that all documents related to their product range are properly created and up-to-date ( brochures, Trademarks, etc.).

Products Evolution

  • Sponsor product development projects by relying on competent internal and external teams.

  • Contribute their knowledge of technological and industrial constraints and competitive intelligence.

Range Cohesion and Competitiveness

  • In line with their knowledge, challenge the choices of technical teams and monitor cost objectives for their product range(s).

Quality / Safety

  • Actively participate in internal and external audits.

  • Contribute to updating IMS processes and implement them to ensure the quality of manufactured products and the safety of employees.

Are you a MATCH?

  • Degree in Engineering.

  • Product/Equipment Knowledge: Knowledge of key components, industrial culture, and techniques related to needs analysis, specifications, and negotiation.

  • Sales and Marketing Processes: Expertise in international commerce techniques and marketing.

  • Regulations: Knowledge of international regulations, especially in business and commercial law.

  • Project Management: Knowledge of internal processes and project management.

  • Communication: Ability to design and deliver convincing presentations.

  • Language: Fluency in English is required.

  • IEC Certification System for Explosive Atmospheres training qualified and certificated are plus
