you should apply if you:
- have 4–7 years of experience as a product manager, owning user-facing B2C products end to end, preferably in BFSI or regulated ecosystems
- hold a bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with strong analytical and problem-solving foundations
- have a proven track record of improving user experience and funnel outcomes (conversion, TAT, drop-offs) through product, partnerships-led growth
- have experience collaborating closely with engineering, design, business, partner teams to ship scalable solutions
- are comfortable working with data to make informed decisions, including defining metrics, analysing funnels, and using insights to drive prioritisation
