Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Herndon, VA / Cincinnati, OH- Hybrid (3x/week)

Position Overview:
Exostar is seeking a Product Manager to define and drive the strategy, development, and delivery of our products. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, sales, and customer support—to ensure products meet customer needs and support business objectives. This role includes understanding customer workflows, identifying opportunities to improve product functionality, and supporting the product lifecycle from planning through launch.

- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from customers, stakeholders, and market research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform improvements.
- Support product launches, internal training, documentation, and customer enablement initiatives.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitive products.
- Assist in the development of business cases, functional specifications, and process improvements as needed.

Required:
- Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Have experience working with business processes and understanding customer needs is desirable.
- 3+ years experience working for an aerospace manufacturer
- 3+ years experience with Exostar’s DemandLine and SupplyLine products
Preferred Education:
Bachelors or better.
