As a Product Manager at Axial, you’ll work closely with a Senior Product Manager and cross-functional partners to help build, improve, and scale meaningful product experiences.
This role is designed for someone early in their career who is curious, motivated, and eager to learn how great products are built. You’ll be given real responsibility, trusted to work independently, and supported through close mentorship in an environment built on trust, autonomy, and collaboration.

Key ResponsibilitiesLearn the Product, Users, and Market
- Develop a strong understanding of Axial’s platform, users, and business model.
- Study user behavior through data analysis, user feedback, and competitive research.
- Ramp quickly on new problem spaces through focused, independent learning.
Product Discovery & Delivery
- Help research, shape, and evaluate new product ideas.
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality features.
Be Data-Informed
- Use SQL, analytics tools, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows to answer product questions.
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, or unclear assumptions in data, requirements, or proposed solutions.
- Communicate findings clearly and thoughtfully.
Required
- 0–3 years of experience in product, analytics, consulting, engineering, operations, or a similarly analytical role.
- Strong curiosity and problem-solving instincts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and pride in quality work.
- Comfort working independently in ambiguous environments.
- Demonstrated work ethic and follow-through.
- Thoughtful use of modern tools (including AI and data tools), paired with strong judgment, attention to detail, and validation of work.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to B2B SaaS, marketplaces, fintech, or finance.
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, or experimentation.
- Interest in M&A, private markets, or complex workflows.
