We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Senior Product Manager to join our Product team. This role will play a critical part in shaping and delivering high-quality digital experiences across our flagship public website and our mobile applications serving families, teachers, and internal teams. This position will be based in the network office (3-days a week onsite) in Manhattan (10005).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product efforts and ongoing evolution of Success Academy’s mobile applications and public facing presence

  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through delivery, launch, and post-launch optimization.

  • Develop and maintain clear product documentation, including product briefs, PRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.

  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment by clearly communicating product goals, scope, tradeoffs, and timelines.

  • Partner with UX Designers to ensure user needs are deeply understood and reflected in design solutions.

  • Work with Engineering to support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release readiness.

  • Ensure delivered features meet quality standards through thoughtful review, testing support, and validation against requirements.

  • Use data, user feedback, and stakeholder input to inform decisions and continuously improve products.

  • Document decisions, assumptions, and learnings to support organizational knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Product Manager or similar product-focused role.

  • Experience product managing web and/or mobile applications.

  • Strong ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with Design, Engineering, and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

  • Comfort operating in an agile or iterative development environment.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of visual and interaction quality

  • Location: Hybrid - onsite at Manhattan (10005) headquarters Tuesday through Thursday

Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. This position is not bonus eligible.

Compensation Range
$170,000$180,000 USD
