About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and technically minded Product Manager to lead the delivery and evolution of data-driven product capabilities within Axuall Explore. This role is responsible for translating Explore’s product strategy into clear requirements, prioritized roadmaps, and shipped features, working day-to-day with engineering, data science, and design delivery teams. The PM ensures that complex healthcare data, analytics, and AI capabilities are delivered on time, at quality, and with measurable customer impact, while maintaining strong alignment across stakeholders.

What You’ll DoAI And Advanced Analytics
  • Lead the design and delivery of GenAI driven workflow solutions that automate and augment recruiter and workforce intelligence workflows.
  • Define how AI agents interact with Axuall’s clinician data, job data, and customer context to drive meaningful user outcomes.
  • Work closely with Axuall’s data science team to develop new analytics- and model-driven product offerings.
  • Own the productization of analytics outputs—ensuring insights are explainable, actionable, and embedded directly into user workflows.
Product Strategy & Leadership Alignment
  • Partner closely with senior product leadership through regular roadmap reviews, prioritization discussions, and strategy working sessions, gaining direct mentorship and exposure to executive decision-making while building independent product judgment. 
  • Develop and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap for Explore’s data and AI capabilities, aligned with company goals and customer needs.
  • Drive alignment across leadership, engineering, data science, sales, marketing, and customer success on priorities, sequencing, and tradeoffs.
  • Translate complex technical and analytical concepts into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and data governance teams to ensure responsible and compliant use of healthcare data and AI.
What You’ll Bring

Candidates for the Product Manager must demonstrate extensive hands-on experience and knowledge of industry best practices in the functions listed above.  Specific requirements include:

  • 2-5 years of product management experience, ideally in data-intensive or analytics-driven SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated experience working with large-scale datasets (healthcare data strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to work  with data science and engineering teams to deliver model- or analytics-backed product features.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and modern analytics or AI architectures.
  • Experience translating AI or ML concepts into user-facing products.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and track record of delivering results in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping new product categories.

This role may be performed from any US jurisdiction in which Axuall is registered to do business. Please note that certain localities may impose additional employment requirements that will be addressed during the hiring process. Please also note that we are currently unable to sponsor visas. While this role is remote-first, we require employees to attend an in-person orientation at our headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio. There may also be occasional instances where travel to our HQ is needed.

Pay Transparency & Compensation

Base Salary Range (Good-Faith Estimate): $135,000 - $155,000
Employment Classification: Full TimePay Frequency: Semi-monthly
The posted range represents Axuall’s reasonable and good-faith estimate of the compensation the Company expects to pay for the position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
