We are looking for an ambitious Product Manager to join our Liquid Handling Solution Business Product Management team. This Product Manager will report to the director of Product Management and is responsible for the execution of objectives and decisions for the branded Microcentrifuge tubes and Transfer Pipette portfolio, developing and implementing marketing plans that increase revenue and market share, driving product development, and the provision of training on usage of the products. This role requires global work interaction, end-to-end program management, business development, market analysis, and proactive client support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the positioning strategy of all products considering price, volume, share, and profitability. Ensure product portfolio addresses market needs and drive continuous improvements where needed to maintain and/or improve market penetration and share position.
- Conduct voice of the customer activities, assess market trends and competition offerings to develop and implement proactive strategies to strengthen the product line’s business advantage.
- Drive strong commercial partnership by collaborating closely with regional and global sales teams to align on growth priorities, optimize channel execution, and accelerate market adoption.
- Define promotional focus areas and strategy to increase revenue including product pricing with commercial teams.
- Lead cross-functional product development teams in aspects associated with product definition, product development, pricing, market introduction, sales tools, and promotion plans.
- Support training activities for the global market with product specific content/knowledge, e.g., sales campaigns, webinars, conference presentations, etc.
- Be a strong operational partner by driving accurate inputs into demand plans to deliver best in class customer experience.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- A degree in relevant life sciences, business, or marketing field; MBA desired.
- 5+ years’ professional experience in life science product management, marketing, application, sales, applications, or customer support function.
- Ability to conduct financial analyses, develop financial models, and interpret P&L statements as they relate to the product portfolio.
- Experience in developing and launching new products.
- Strong technical capabilities consistent with market segment and product category.
- Experience working with customers, commercial teams, and multifaceted sales channels and direct; strongly preferred.
- Requires up to 15% travel including international.
