About the role:

Drive the strategy and execution of mobile experiences that improve user discovery, navigation, and engagement, using data, user insights, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful, high-quality features aligned with business goals

Scope & Range:

  • Own the end-to-end mobile experience within a domain-based pod, focusing on the user journey from first interaction to long-term engagement. This includes identifying opportunities through user research and data, defining clear priorities, and managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and customer support to ensure cohesive, high-quality execution and measurable business impact.
  • Balance user needs with technical feasibility and strategic goals to continuously improve the product experience and drive key metrics such as engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, user research, marketing, customer support and operations to optimize the mobile user journey and deepen understanding of user behaviors, motivations, and pain points
  • Own and drive mobile growth initiatives that influence key behaviors across the user lifecycle, from activation to engagement
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments to validate hypotheses, improve in-app flows, and optimize for measurable outcomes
  • Define and monitor core behavioral metrics for mobile usage, reviewing analytics to identify trends, diagnose friction points, and uncover opportunities for improvement
  • Lead data-informed product discovery, combining quantitative insights with qualitative research and market analysis to shape mobile strategies and feature development
  • Present findings, experiment outcomes, and recommendations to cross-functional partners and leadership, translating insights into actionable product decisions
  • Partner with design and engineering to build and iterate on mobile experiences that influence key user behaviors, drive satisfaction and deepen engagement

Experience & Skills we value:

  • 3–5 years of end-to-end ownership of a mobile product or core app experience, with a proven track record of driving measurable growth in engagement, retention, and revenue
  • Proven experience managing high-impact product outcomes, typically within organizations exceeding $50M+ in annual recurring revenue (ARR) or 10K+ monthly active users (MAU)
  • Deep empathy for users and curiosity to uncover the “why” behind behavior to design intuitive, meaningful, outcome-driven experiences
  • Proven ability to use data and experimentation, including A/B testing, analytics, and SQL (or similar), to validate hypotheses and inform product decision making
  • Experience building and leveraging financial and performance models to forecast impact, evaluate ROI, and inform prioritization of initiatives
  • Skilled in defining and tracking behavioral KPIs to measure user outcomes, product health, and business impact
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize insights across design, engineering, and leadership teams
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field

What We Do

Double Good is a company built on creating joy and helping others. By reimagining product-based virtual fundraising, we help expand organizations' missions by giving back 50% of every dollar sold. We make ultra-premium popcorn sold through our simple-to-use software. We've helped raise over $200 million to support organizations nationwide that tilt the playing field for all kids. Double Good is not a popcorn company nor a digital company. It is a team of makers, designers, and problem-solvers dedicated to simplifying fundraising challenges and enabling communities to thrive. The soul of Double Good lies in the mission of creating and sharing joy. We built our fundraising platform on the idea that connecting with supporters should be simple, approachable, and effective. The funds raised go on to relieve the high costs of education, extra-curricular activities, community engagement, and athletic development. We partner with purposeful organizations to benefit students and athletes facing physical, intellectual, and financial challenges. Our goal is to amplify marginalized voices and push the boundaries of access to academic and athletic activities by contributing experiences, equipment, and educational opportunities to the communities that crave them the most.

Why Work With Us

Double Good strives to create joy for both its customers and employees. We strive to have employees feel supported and like they can grow in the company through professional development, coaching, volunteering, and more. Double Good employees deliver excellence, own it, build relationships, and enjoy the ride.
