As a Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with outstanding colleagues who share a passion for innovation and flawless execution.
What You’ll Do
- Define product strategy for the Complete integration GBT has embarked on with SAP Concur.
- Lead the delivery and lifecycle of technology, from design to marketing, and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive and client landscape
- Partner with business unit customers, IT technology and support staff, Security & Risk management, external clients and vendors to define and maintain the overall product portfolio
- Project manage the development of products, business centric SLAs and support client needs
- Coordinate with technical, engineering, and vendor teams to groom product needs into technical requirements, lead development and deliver product
- Create and maintain comprehensive product and process documentation
- Maintain strong relationship with stakeholders, vendors, and operational support teams to ensure products receive excellent support as needed, to resolve product lead issues
- Define and supervise performance metrics for products
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related experience will be considered
- MBA a plus
- 5 years+ travel technology product management delivering global product offerings
- Demonstrated experience in product lifecycle management and project management
- Familiarity with technical architecture of scalable systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of both automated and manual testing techniques
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambitious environment
- Strong understanding of the travel distribution systems (GDS, Amadeus, Travel port)
- Familiarity with travel management systems (Insert specific requirements) travel e-commerce, OLTA, OBT, and non GDS API’s
