This position is located at our headquarters in the Minneapolis Metro Area. We work a hybrid model: Mon/Fri are work from home and Tues/Wed/Thurs are in office days.
Our Experiences & Emerging Marketplace team is currently on the lookout for someone to fill the position of Product Manager.
Admittedly, the title "Product Manager" leaves a fair bit of room for interpretation, so let's try and sharpen the focus a little. This role will lead emerging Marketplaces to differentiate BIW in the marketplace. This person will be responsible for educating the field, client service associates and our clients on our Marketplaces.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap and priorities for emerging Marketplaces.
- Act as liaison between business, technology, accounting, client services and sales teams.
- Build credibility and differentiate BI WORLDWIDE from the competition.
- Negotiate provider agreements and cultivate ongoing relationships.
- Oversee the UX/UI of the Marketplace and ongoing updates and enhancements.
- Collect and understand existing research supporting our business. Engage subject matter experts as needed to further evolve and market the research.
- Collaborate with other product owners at BIW to align objectives and share insights.
- Some travel to customer, BIW and provider locations, both domestic and international, is required.
Skills & Abilities:
- Well versed at leading, creating and presenting highly engaging, customer-focused presentations that take customers on a journey
- Ability to be strategic regarding product development yet work tactically to understand the effects and impact downstream.
- Clear, concise, and confident--whether it's via email, in-person, or over the phone.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Quickly grasp technical concepts for solving business problems with software.
- Proactive by nature.
- Be curious and comfortable to ask "why".
- Passion for travel, experiences, and rewards.
- Team player with focus on collaboration.
Education/Experience Required:
- 3+ years' experience promoting and driving revenue of solutions in the Employee or B2B market
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field highly preferred.

Base Salary Range: $65,000 to $70,000. The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, and skills.
