  • Own product outcomes by setting clear, measurable goals that align with Keebler Health’s strategic priorities and mission to drive value-based care.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, clinical, and AI research teams to create innovative solutions, ensuring the product experience meets clinical and business needs.
  • Conduct deep user research with customers to identify key pain points, uncover opportunities, and validate concepts.
  • Champion product discovery techniques to ensure each feature of this new product line is built to solve the right problems in the most effective way.
  • Define and prioritize features based on a clear understanding of business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Drive continuous product improvement by analyzing user feedback, market trends, and product performance data to inform future iterations.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in product management or a related role in SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare technology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with agile development processes and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex workflows into user-friendly solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with healthcare technology, population health management, or value-based care.
  • Understanding of interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7) and healthcare compliance (HIPAA).
  • Exposure to clinical or operational workflows in provider organizations or risk-bearing entities.
  • Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Extraordinary sense of humor
