As a Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind your product area, translating customer and business needs into high-impact solutions.
Location: Leeds, LS16, on-site.
What You’ll Do
Define and Deliver: Clearly define and own customer and business requirements, ensuring cross-functional teams can efficiently develop and deliver exceptional solutions.
Prioritisation: Shape your roadmap to deliver maximum customer value, translating that into your sprint backlog, ensuring product delivery achieves the intended outcomes.
Strategic Problem Solver: Utilise your keen problem-solving skills to identify root causes, conduct product discoveries, filter opportunities to focus on the critical few, and contribute creative, compelling ideas to solution development.
Data-Driven Decisions: Frame critical decisions with clear objectives and context, driving sound, data-based outcomes while confidently navigating ambiguity.
Stakeholder Alignment: Effectively balance the needs of customers, the company, and our partners, clarifying alternative points of view and building consensus.
Product expert: Understand the industry, competitors and customers to help formulate decisions that drive growth.
Customer Champion: Deeply understand important, unsolved customer problems, constraints, and evaluation criteria, making sure the user is at the heart of every product decision.
Team Leadership & Motivation: Inspire, direct, and draw out the best work from your cross-functional team, providing clear priorities and knowing when to push back on low-impact work.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2B or SaaS environment.
Experience/knowledge of the field services industry (desirable).
Experience working with cross-functional Software Engineering team(s).
Proven track record of delivering product roadmaps and outcomes.
A strong, demonstrable sense of initiative and ownership over product outcomes.
Deep customer-focused mindset with a track record of identifying and solving user problems.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify and articulate complex issues.
Competence in AI Tools: Demonstrable knowledge and practical competence in leveraging AI/ML tools to enhance product management tasks, such as market analysis, requirement generation, or decision-making support.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with executives and large groups.
