The Role
As a Product Manager, drive the execution of product strategy for Diagnostics & Treatment, ensuring alignment with clinical insights and R&D.
Summary Generated by Built In

As we continue to grow at ScreenPoint Medical, we’re looking for a customer-minded and operationally strong Product Manager to help drive the execution of our Diagnostics & Treatment (D&T) product strategy.

This is a critical bridge role connecting business priorities, clinical insights, and R&D execution to ensure our AI solutions are impactful, clinically relevant, and integrate seamlessly into modern clinical IT infrastructure and partner ecosystems. Given our close collaboration with business and academic partners, this role requires strong leadership capabilities and the ability to operate effectively across organizational and disciplinary boundaries.

You’ll report to the Chief Product & Technology Officer and collaborate closely with cross-functional R&D teams (Software Engineers, AI Researchers, Data Scientists), as well as Clinical, Regulatory, Marketing, customers, KOLs, and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate strategy into action: Turn MRI Diagnostics & Treatment product vision and priorities into actionable items for R&D, balancing clinical value, regulatory requirements, and partner commitments.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment: Lead cross-functional and partner discussions, proactively surface risks and dependencies, and ensure transparent communication across teams and organizations.
  • Own the product backlog: Define, refine, and prioritize backlog items based on clinical workflows, user needs, and MRI-specific interoperability and integration requirements.
  • Bridge product, clinical, and R&D: Act as the operational link between product leadership, development teams, and clinical stakeholders, ensuring alignment from discovery through delivery.
  • Integrate clinical insights into product decisions: Work closely with Clinical Scientists to translate clinical studies, performance data, and emerging evidence into product requirements, value propositions, and roadmap decisions.
  • Clarify user, clinical, and IT needs: Collaborate with domain experts, customers, and partners to ensure requirements reflect real-world diagnostic and treatment pathways, aligned with standards such as DICOM, HL7, IHE, and FHIR.
  • Support scalable and compliant product development: Bring structure and clarity to processes that enable efficient, high-quality delivery in a regulated medical environment (MDR/FDA).

Job requirements
You are a generalist at heart: proactive, structured, and energized by solving complex problems across domains. You thrive in cross-functional teams, naturally take the lead, and bring clarity in ambiguous situations. You bring:

  • +5 years experience working in medical imaging workflows and/or clinical software, including DICOM, HL7, FHIR and deployment of software products that interact with hospital IT networks.
  • Experience working in or closely with cross-functional R&D teams (software, AI, data science, clinical) in a regulated healthtech or medical device environment (MDR, FDA).
  • Strong clinical affinity and the ability to understand and reason about diagnostic and treatment workflows
  • Experience collaborating with large organizations and strategic partners (preferably OEMs) and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong communication skills: able to bridge technical, clinical, regulatory, partner, and business perspectives.

Preferred qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira.
  • Demonstrated expertise in breast radiology and/or breast MRI workflows, including diagnostic flow and clinical practice.
  • Experience contributing to products supported by clinical evidence (e.g. clinical studies, performance claims, PMS/PMCF inputs).
  • Experience as a Product Manager in healthtech or medical devices.
