Job Summary 

The Product Manager - Digital Signage plays a key role in defining and executing the product strategy for Poppulo’s digital signage solutions. This role combines strategic thinking, strong customer empathy, and a solid understanding of digital display ecosystems.

You will own the full product lifecycle - from discovery and design through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement - ensuring our digital signage offerings meet customer needs, align with business goals, and remain competitive in the market.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Product Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company objectives and market trends. Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Requirements Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user needs and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
  • Roadmap & Backlog Management: Own and prioritise the product roadmap and backlog based on customer feedback, market insights, and business priorities.
  • Product Development: Partner closely with engineering teams throughout delivery, providing clarity on problem statements, priorities, usage insights, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Product Launch: Coordinate product launches and go-to-market activities with marketing, sales, and customer teams.
  • Performance & Metrics: Define KPIs to measure product success, monitor outcomes, gather feedback, and iterate to drive continuous improvement.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Customer Advocacy: Champion the voice of the customer through research, interviews, usability testing, and ongoing feedback loops.
  • Product Enablement: Support enablement efforts through training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing to help internal teams and customers succeed.

Technical Skills / Competencies

  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics and customer insights to guide product decisions
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across technical and commercial teams
  • Ability to balance user experience, technical feasibility, and business impact
  • Proven capability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable requirements
  • Strong organisational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities
  • Understanding of digital signage technologies (CMS platforms, display hardware, media players, content delivery networks) is a plus

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 6+ years’ experience in SaaS or digital technology environments, including 3+ years in product management roles
  • Demonstrated experience working in agile teams and owning products across the full lifecycle
  • Experience working directly with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams in growth-stage or enterprise environments
  • Experience collaborating with distributed teams across time zones
  • Familiarity with AV integration, media management, or enterprise IT environments is a plus
  • Experience with Jira Product Discovery is advantageous
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating clear, structured, and impactful presentations
