We're looking for a Product Manager who's passionate about using AI to solve real customer problems. This isn't just another PM role‚ you will be working at the intersection of product strategy, AI innovation, and direct customer impact. You'll help us build the next generation of intelligent customer engagement tools that our restaurant and c-store clients didn't even know they needed yet.

This role focuses on customer-first innovation, AI-powered product development, and strategic execution.

Location: Remote/Hybrid (Newton, MA area preferred but open to remote for the right candidate)

Salary range: $130k-$150k
