Product Manager
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid, 2–3 days/week onsite)
Compensation: Competitive base + bonus + benefits

About This Role
Togetherwork is seeking a highly strategic, customer-obsessed Product Manager to help shape the future of our products and platform. You will own the full lifecycle of product strategy and execution—from discovery and business case creation through delivery, launch, and optimization.
This role requires strong customer empathy, business acumen, technical curiosity, and the ability to collaborate effectively across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams. You will also leverage AI and automation tools to accelerate discovery, improve delivery speed, and drive innovation across the product lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
Strategy & Business Impact
- Develop product strategies and outcome-focused roadmaps.
- Build investment cases, including financial modeling, ROI analysis, and competitive assessments.
- Communicate product decisions, progress, and trade-offs to executive leadership.
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, revenue opportunity, and strategic alignment.
Customer Discovery & Innovation
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and beta programs to uncover customer pain points and unmet needs.
- Champion a customer-first mindset while balancing business and technical constraints.
- Explore new technologies, business models, and AI-driven capabilities to keep Togetherwork at the forefront of SaaS.
- Use AI tools for research synthesis, prototyping, QA, analytics, and decision support.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Translate product strategy into actionable user stories and prioritized backlogs.
- Partner closely with engineers and delivery teams to bring concepts to life with clarity and quality.
- Collaborate with UX/design to deliver intuitive, delightful user experiences.
- Work with sales, marketing, and customer success to support GTM plans and product adoption.
Execution & Measurement
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through post-launch optimization.
- Define, track, and report on product success metrics and KPIs.
- Balance speed, scope, and quality to deliver high-impact releases.
- Foster a culture of rapid experimentation, learning, and iteration.
What You'll Bring
Experience
- 3-5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, nonprofit software, consumer mobile apps, or similar.
- Demonstrated success bringing products from concept to launch with measurable results.
- Experience operating within complex, multi-product environments.
Skills & Capabilities
- Strong business and financial acumen, including investment case development and ROI analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across executive and technical audiences.
- Deep customer empathy and a proven ability to translate insights into products customers love.
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery teams, including engineers, designers, and product owners.
- Comfort with AI and automation tools applied across discovery, delivery, and optimization.
- Data-driven decision-making and strong analytical skills.
