This will require partnership and collaboration across various internal teams, a deep understanding of our customers, and the ability to deliver financial products and streamline complex business flows via a customer-centric user experience. How you will make an impact:

  • Motivate teammates to sprint towards goals in ways that cultivate excitement, collaboration, and ownership

About You

  • You have 2-4 years of product management/ownership experience
  • You have owned the product process from problem discovery to rollout
  • You are adept at Agile methodologies and taking an iterative approach to product lifecycle management

  • You have an end-to-end mindset: you use structured, diligent thinking to understand all key components necessary to drive a product's ongoing success
  • You can balance future opportunities with immediate needs
  • You are an adaptive problem solver, willing to Own the Work and fill in gaps across roles and responsibilities as needed to make your product successful
  • You possess a clear and engaging communication style and are able to build positive relationships across a broad, diverse organization
  • Comfortable using large datasets in SQL and leveraging insights to make decisions, a plus
