What You'll Do

As Product Manager, you will work closely with company leadership to drive Athos Commerce’s product vision and strategy. You’ll bring a deep understanding of ecommerce and market trends to shape our roadmap, while ensuring that our products deliver exceptional value to customers. This role partners with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver best-in-class solutions that help retailers and brands succeed.

• Partner with the Director of Product Management and leadership team to define and execute product vision and strategy.
• Translate customer, stakeholder, and market feedback into clear requirements and roadmaps.
• Prioritize product features that align with customer needs and company objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on positioning and messaging.
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Drive innovation through experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
• Stay ahead of ecommerce industry trends to identify new opportunities.
• Own the organization and execution of product releases.
• Champion a culture of collaboration, empathy, and continuous improvement.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 4-5 years of product management experience.
• High technical acumen
• Strong understanding of ecommerce models, platforms, and industry trends.
• Experience positioning products with analysts and prospects.
• Proven success developing and implementing product vision and strategy.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience working with both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Skilled communicator with proven ability to collaborate across functions.
• Familiarity with leading product management frameworks.
• Track record of building and leading high-performing product teams.
• Passion for delivering innovative, customer-focused products.
