Position Overview
The Product Manager reports to the Business Sales Director and holds primary responsibility for leading product strategy and roadmaps. This role collaborates cross-functionally with strategic marketing, R&D, and commercial teams to drive innovation and growth. The Product Manager also manages a multi-regional product portfolio and contributes to long-term business planning and profitability.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of product strategy and roadmaps.
Collaborate with strategic marketing, R&D, and commercial teams to align product direction with market needs.
Conduct comprehensive product line research and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
Recommend pricing strategies to support revenue and profitability goals.
Manage the full product lifecycle, including new product development and phase-outs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide leadership and direction to a multi-regional team and/or product line portfolio.
Drive continuous improvement through the development of new tools, insights, and processes.
Contribute to long-term strategic planning and product line transformation.
Support cross-GBU collaboration and influence decision-making at senior levels.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or product management.
Experience in product branding within the construction industry
Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, SAP, and product lifecycle management systems.
Preferred Requirements
Experience in the adhesives, coatings, or roofing industry
Expertise in BOM costing analysis and P&L impact.
Strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
