We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of initiatives that drive growth and profitability across assigned insurance product lines in multiple ACE markets. This role will be responsible for creating and implementing product strategies that enhance competitiveness, optimize performance, and align with the company’s broader business objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical insight, market knowledge, and strategic leadership to shape product direction and drive transformation within their assigned markets.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute strategic plans for the development, enhancement, and market positioning of assigned personal lines products.
Continuously monitor product performance through key performance indicators such as growth, retention and combined ratio and make data-driven adjustments to maintain profitability and competitiveness.
Oversee and execute strategic projects for assigned product lines, ensuring timely delivery, cross-functional alignment, and achievement of post-implementation performance goals.
Develop innovative solutions to address market needs, enhance existing products, and introduce new opportunities.
Lead competitive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging risks across ACE markets.
Collaborate across departments partners like actuarial, underwriting, claims, and distribution teams to drive product line initiatives, monitor progress, communicate results to senior management, and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
Effectively communicate complex product strategies and performance insights to executive leadership, influencing decision-making and gaining alignment on key recommendations and strategic direction.
Collaborate with regulatory teams on filings, approvals, and compliance requirements.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, management, or a related field — or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, product development, underwriting, claims, or related insurance disciplines.
1–3 years of people management experience preferred, with proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex initiatives on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals.
Exceptional analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data, extract actionable insights, and communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence, present, and gain alignment from executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and operational excellence.
Advanced knowledge of personal lines insurance products and markets, with proven experience managing product performance, pricing strategies, and regulatory considerations across multiple states or business units.
Ability to oversee multiple markets simultaneously, managing all aspects of product performance, trends, metrics, and strategic initiatives within assigned portfolios.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with data-driven tools, dashboards, and analytic platforms.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$142,300.00 - $189,200.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
