  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex initiatives on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals.

  • Exceptional analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data, extract actionable insights, and communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence, present, and gain alignment from executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and operational excellence.

  • Advanced knowledge of personal lines insurance products and markets, with proven experience managing product performance, pricing strategies, and regulatory considerations across multiple states or business units.

  • Ability to oversee multiple markets simultaneously, managing all aspects of product performance, trends, metrics, and strategic initiatives within assigned portfolios.
