We recently raised $9M in Series A funding, positioning us to aggressively scale our product and engineering org while building the next generation of AI copilots and infrastructure for market research operations.

We’re hiring a Product Manager to partner directly with our Founder & CTPO (Chief Technology and Product Officer), operating as the bridge between leadership and the engineering org.

You’ll play a high-leverage operator role — ensuring momentum, clarity, and coordination across engineering projects. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who aspires to be a future technical founder or product/engineering leader, with a front-row seat to building a high-velocity AI-first product org.

• Work closely with the Founder to track, unblock, and prioritize projects across engineering

• Coordinate execution between AI, full stack, security, and survey programming teams

• Maintain visibility on progress across all verticals — what’s moving, what’s stuck, what’s next

• Represent the Founder in async updates and customer/partner calls when needed

• Build internal systems for planning, review, and documentation across engineering

• Help enforce standards around code quality, system design, and security (even if not coding daily)

• Drive operational improvements across workflows to keep the team moving fast

• Contribute technically where relevant — design reviews, architecture planning, or testing strategies
  

Core Skills

• Technical enough to understand product and infra architecture (experience in full stack / backend / AI a plus)

• Process-oriented but not bureaucratic — focused on clarity, momentum, and delivery

• Experience leading projects or teams in engineering orgs, with the ability to zoom out and see the big picture

• Strong ability to structure messy problems into clarity, visibility, and progress

• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to push back and ask “why?”
