Job Description

The Role

As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. You will be part of the Product team, working closely with the VP of Product Development, as well as Sales and Marketing teams, to define and execute a winning product strategy that aligns with the company’s overall vision.

You’ll work directly with customers and conduct market research to identify high-value opportunities that meet customer and market needs. You’ll translate those insights into well-defined initiatives, gathering and prioritizing product requirements that inform our roadmap. One of the main outputs of your work will be a clear, data-informed Product Roadmap that enables our development teams to maximize value delivery — ensuring on-time, high-quality releases that truly matter to our customers.

We’re looking for someone who is customer-focused, data-driven, and outcomes-oriented, with a solid understanding of product architecture and underlying technologies. This technical fluency will allow you to identify risks early, streamline problem-solving, and contribute meaningfully to both product and technical discussions, ensuring the product’s long-term success.

Finally, we expect you to leverage AI tools and methods to accelerate product discovery, prototyping, and validation. Whether it’s using AI to analyze customer feedback, or explore new product concepts faster, you’ll embrace modern techniques that help the team learn, iterate, and deliver impact with greater speed and precision.

What will your day-to-day be like?

  • Develop a strong understanding of the product, market, and competitive landscape — continuously advocate for the voice of the customer.
  • Contribute actively to shaping the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall vision and business goals.
  • Partner closely with engineering to define, plan, and deliver initiatives that maximize customer and business value, ensuring on-time and on-quality delivery.
  • Produce clear and actionable product requirements, defining goals, user flows, and key functional details.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams during discovery and development phases to validate assumptions, refine solutions, and remove delivery obstacles.
  • Work with marketing and sales to craft effective positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans that highlight the product’s value to target audiences.
  • Monitor key product metrics, gather user feedback, and generate insights that inform continuous improvement and prioritization.
  • Leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate product discovery, user insight analysis, and rapid prototyping — driving smarter, faster, and more data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

Experience and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product-focused role, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong ability to engage confidently in both business-oriented and technical discussions, effectively bridging strategy and implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to inform prioritization, validate hypotheses, and drive product decisions.
  • Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams to deliver impactful products.
  • Experience in Security or Application Security domains is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative delivery practices is preferred.
  • Curiosity and hands-on interest in leveraging AI tools and workflows to accelerate research, prototyping, and product discovery.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English (mandatory).

  • A natural ability to simplify complex challenges and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Comfortable defining strategy and leading cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
  • Highly analytical and outcome-driven, always balancing user value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
