Lyreco-Intersafe is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Product Manager Workwear & Footwear to join our PPE category team in Sliedrecht. This is a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic B2B environment where innovation, quality, and customer focus come together.
🧭 About the Role
As Product Manager, you will be responsible for the Workwear & Footwear portfolio within the PPE category. Your role includes developing and managing the product range, building strong supplier relationships, and ensuring the commercial success of your category in the Benelux market. You will work closely with your fellow Product Managers of other PPE categories, your team of Product Specialists supporting you on a day-to-day basis, our specialized salespeople and report directly to the Benelux Head of Category Management PPE.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop the Workwear & Footwear product portfolio.
Ensuring complete and correct product information on our B2B webshop.
Negotiate purchasing conditions and maintain supplier relationships.
Support internal and external marketing activities.
Coordinate commercial actions in collaboration with the Sales team.
Analyze monthly category performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Execute category projects and initiatives with clear KPIs and follow-up.
Deliver impactful presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
👤 Who Are We Looking For?
You have a background in Portfolio Management
Experience in Workwear, Footwear or PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is a strong plus.
You are analytical, result-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership.
You’re a strong communicator who works well with both suppliers and internal stakeholders.
You can manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Dutch and English is required; French is a plus.
