As a Product Manager in Chase Auto, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide business value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Chase Auto Product team is seeking a Sr. Product Lead who will dive head-first into creating innovative solutions focused on supporting Auto stakeholders. The Product team operates as an agile construct within the Consumer Bank, sitting at the intersection of the product, technology and experience (PTX). This role will own the identification and delivery of features and experiences to drive our efforts to expand and modernize customer, OEMs and dealer experiences. If you have proven experience launching successful products in dynamic, consumer-facing companies, passion for improving people's lives, the ability to craft and deliver creative solutions to challenging (but exciting) customer problems, then we are looking for you!
Job responsibilities
  • Drive value for our customers by guiding successful product discovery utilizing the right techniques and make informed decisions based on data.
  • Lead successfully multiple simultaneous complex strategic product initiatives and own the end-to-end product lifecycle
  • Engage in customer research, discovery, delivery to product launch and monitor post launch performance to power continuous improvements.
  • Provide visibility opportunities across product and business eco system senior leaders throughout Auto
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation, efficiency and standardization, scalability, and drive process improvements.
  • Leverage systems thinking to articulate end-to-end solution to stakeholders
  • Find synergies across various stakeholders, partners and vendors within the solution eco system
  • Conduct walk-through and training sessions to update stakeholders and user groups, third party vendors and all stakeholders in product eco system
  • Support and govern adherence to Chase policy, procedures and compliance framework

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle including development of the product strategy, roadmaps and initiatives
  • Energetic self-starter with ability to drive delivery of the strategic vision with demonstrated effectiveness leading and problem solving across a multi-disciplinary team
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, must be organized and able to execute in a strong matrix organization; plan and break down into achievable deliverables
  • Excellent communication capabilities, clearly and succinctly message with appropriate level of detail to various stakeholders such as cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and vendors
  • Understanding of customer experience analytics, agile methodologies (toolset such as JIRA, Confluence etc.) and product operating models

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and modern technology stack
  • Knowledge of AI application in product construct and proven ability to automate stories, acceptance testing to support efficiencies
  • Bachelor's or master's degree
