What You'll Do:
- Product Strategy Support: Assist in the development and execution of the product strategy, including conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform product decisions and identify market opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Maintain current subject matter expert relationships and grow new subject matter expert relationships. This includes creating and maintaining the webinar speaker schedule and asynchronous courseware updates.
- Product Development Assistance: Support cross-functional teams in the product development process, including defining product requirements, creating roadmaps, and coordinating with engineering, design, content development, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Market Research: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer surveys to gather insights and feedback on product features, usability, and performance. Use data-driven insights to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product innovation.
- Product Lifecycle Management Assistance: Assist in the management of the product lifecycle, including coordinating product updates, enhancements, and sunset plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions between product phases and maximize product value throughout its lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Communication: Support effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, team members, partners, and customers. Assist in preparing and delivering product-related presentations, updates, and reports.
- Product Testing and QA: Assist in coordinating user testing, QA testing, and bug tracking activities to ensure the quality and usability of products. Work closely with engineering and design teams to address issues and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of product requirements, specifications, and project plans. Generate reports and dashboards to track key product metrics and performance indicators.
What You'll Need to be Successful:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
