What your new challenge will look like:
As Senior Product Manager for Customer Insights & Experience, you will act as the voice of our U.S. customers within the global product organization. You’ll lead discovery efforts, validate product-market fit, and ensure our platform is tailored to the operational realities and expectations of North American logistics customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead customer discovery and validation initiatives within the North American market, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Translate customer challenges and requirements into actionable, compliant product specifications.
- Collaborate with the global product team to prioritize North America–specific features and requirements.
- Oversee and support customer implementations, ensuring successful onboarding, configuration
- Provide sales enablement support through product demonstrations, insights, and roadmap guidance.
- Contribute to product-informed pricing and go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure messaging accurately reflects product capabilities and fits with North American market expectations.
- Ensure localization of the platform to meet North American regulatory, legal, and industry-specific requirements (e.g., terminology, workflows, compliance standards).
- Monitor and report on user and customer adoption, usage metrics, and feedback loops.
- Develop and co-own customer training materials and programs with Account Management.
- Represent North American customer needs in roadmap planning and sprint reviews, ensuring decisions meet the needs of the market and customers.
- Document and communicate findings for asynchronous consumption across time zones, maintaining transparency.
- 6+ years of product management experience, in logistics, supply chain, and enterprise SaaS.
- Proven track record of customer discovery, implementation support, and market validation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in distributed teams across time zones.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
