BinSentry is seeking a Product Manager for our flagship feed monitoring product. This individual will work collaboratively with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to enhance product value, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of product strategy, market needs, and the ability to translate those into actionable product roadmaps for an existing, successful product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the product vision and strategy for our flagship feed monitoring product, aligning with overall company goals.
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business impact.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.
  • Work closely with hardware and software engineering teams to ensure effective product design, development, and timely delivery of features.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement materials for product updates and new features.
  • Analyze product performance data, user feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions and demonstrate value to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven trackability of managing and growing an existing product.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to conduct customer conversations and translate user needs into product solutions.
  • Team player with a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented attitude.
  • Experience in Agriculture/AgTech is a plus but not required.
