Engage poultry operators and supply-chain leaders, identify operational gaps, support pilot deployments, maintain CRM forecasting and activity records, and represent the company at industry events. The role requires deep agriculture or feed-supply-chain experience and involves 50%–75% travel.

Owns end-to-end product design, including user research, workflow definition, wireframes, prototyping, validation, and polished UI. Collaborates with product managers, engineers, and customers to simplify complex workflows and advocate for user needs. The role also involves building a scalable design system, contributing to product strategy, and integrating AI tools into the design process.

Design and develop electro-mechanical hardware from concept through mass production. Responsibilities include creating SolidWorks designs, prototyping with 3D printers and machine shops, assembling prototypes, conducting verification, validation, and environmental testing, integrating mechanical and electrical systems, supporting certification, creating production documentation, training assembly personnel, and resolving root-cause issues across development and production.

Design and validate digital, analog, and power circuits using Altium; perform PCB bring-up, testing, regulatory certification, and environmental reliability testing. Create production work instructions, inspection documentation, and SPC systems. Support prototype manufacturing, hand soldering, measurement, and compliance activities while developing IoT hardware for agricultural supply-chain applications.

Drive growth in BinSentry’s swine business by prospecting strategic accounts, generating qualified meetings, conducting discovery and product demonstrations, and converting opportunities into customer pilots. Support pilot-to-commercial conversions, account expansion, renewals, and strategic customer relationships. Maintain CRM data, develop account plans, attend industry events, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product. The role is remote with 20% travel and requires expertise in SaaS or technology sales, strategic accounts, and pipeline development.

Oversee general ledger accounts, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, financial reporting under ASPE, and external audit coordination. Improve accounting processes, systems, and controls while collaborating with Operations, Sales, and Development. The role owns key accounting functions and supports scalable financial operations during company growth.

Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for feed-bin sensors. Write embedded C/C++ for microcontrollers (FreeRTOS), lead embedded Linux (Yocto) work, and write Python support code. Debug hardware using tools like oscilloscopes, perform reliability testing, optimize power and performance, and manage fleet deployments across product lines.

Lead BinSentry’s hardware Devices portfolio and ProSense HD product roadmap. Coordinate cross-functional development across mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, and certification engineering teams, including design reviews, prototyping, certification, and productization. Prioritize features, resolve technical issues, gather customer and stakeholder feedback, improve AI, UI, and UX performance, and drive continuous product improvement in a fast-paced ag-tech environment.

Leads Customer Success strategy, driving onboarding, product adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, and expansion. Builds scalable customer lifecycle processes, health scoring, support capabilities, KPIs, and feedback loops. Partners with Sales, Product, and Operations to improve customer outcomes and ROI. Leads the Customer Value team, develops talent, represents customer needs to executives, and contributes to company strategy around growth and retention.

Lead data stewardship for NetSuite ERP migration: cleanse, validate, reconcile master and financial data; design data governance and quality processes; support UAT and final migration to ensure accurate, reconciled go-live data.

Manage onboarding, training, support, health, retention, and expansion for ~30 mid-market Swine accounts. Deliver high-touch engagement (monthly meetings, on-site visits), demonstrate ROI via insights reports, support sales, and coordinate with Product and Service teams. Develop backend and ML pipeline for ProSense HD to improve sensor accuracy and performance. Collect and analyze sensor data, propose solutions, communicate progress, and deliver iterative outcomes with the product and architecture teams.
