Your role:

• Define and own the product strategy for a specific domain within the platform.
• Drive roadmap execution to deliver on key product KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery.
• Use data to validate hypotheses, guide decision-making, and measure results.
• Gain a deep understanding of user behavior and pain points to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Propose and drive new ideas that enhance customer experience, increase adoption, and contribute to business growth.
• Foster a mindset of continuous delivery, experimentation, and customer-centric development.

What makes you stand out:

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a B2C tech environment.
• Strong understanding of digital consumer products, preferably in fintech or crypto.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
• Familiarity with agile development and tools like JIRA.
• Data-informed mindset and experience using experimentation and metrics to drive improvements.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Interest in blockchain, fintech, and emerging technology is a big plus.
