  • Collaborate with medical and data science teams to brainstorm and validate new ways to improve our suggestion algorithm.
  • Explain complex medical logic in simple, non-technical language to internal stakeholders (Support, CSM, Implementation teams) and generate internal product documentation
  • Use SQL and analytical skills to interrogate data, evaluate logic performance, and validate improvements..
  • Own and manage the product backlog for the Engine Team, prioritizing requests based on customer impact, business goals, and urgency.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of product management in SAAS B2B/ B2B2C company.
  • Strong technical background with experience in development, data analysis, technical product management, or a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, multi-tasker.
  • Data-driven, with the ability to ask the right questions and analyze data.
  • Ability to learn quickly and independently.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Hebrew.

Advantages:

  • Previous experience and passion for working closely with enterprise/SMB clients from the US market, preferably working with end-users.
  • Previous experience working with data science teams
  • Experience with digital health products or background in the healthcare field.

You don’t need to meet 100% of the requirements to be a great fit. We believe in hiring people, not just checklists, and we value potential as much as experience. If this role excites you, we’d love to see your application!

What We Do

Navina was born with the vision to create a new world where the time-consuming chaos of patient data is replaced by a logical actionable platform that makes it possible for every physician to assess even the most complex cases in minutes.
Our technology creates a new era of simplicity by restructuring disorganized data into an intelligible patient portrait, intuitively organized for sophisticated and empathetic patient care. We use AI and machine learning to make sure that what's most important is immediately clear, diagnostically linked, and contextually surfaced, so physicians can have the entirety of each patient’s data.
The result: optimum patient wellness and enhanced financial performance for providers and payers.

Navina is a partner of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) Innovation Lab.
