Product Manager

The position is based in Cairo, Egypt and will report directly to Marketing and Sales Director. The role will be responsible for driving branding/marketing strategies for the assigned products.

Your Responsibilities will be:

• Develop and execute the brand marketing strategies for assigned products including pre-launch and launch preparation.
• Ensure approved marketing plans are executed within budget, delivered on time, and in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders and function.
• Formulate and interpret customer insights, performance KPIs, and analyze feedback to propose changes and improvements to marketing tactics.
• Interact and build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders inside Acino.
• Drive the Brand plan and budget preparation as well as ensure the correct phasing of brand plan budgets and the timely execution of the activities planned in the brand plans.
• Shape and communicate brand vision and mission.
• Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
• Communicate with the field force to ensure right implementation of the marketing plan.
• Create and maintain loyalty of KOLs.
• Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities.
• Monitor product distribution and customer reactions.
• Work to the highest levels of integrity and compliance, adhering to Acino Standards and Ethics at all times.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in pharmaceutical science.
• Post-graduate study in marketing is a plus.
• 2+ years in a similar position (Diabetes/Cardio).
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in cardiovascular/Diabetes therapy areas is preferable.
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
• Experience in identifying target audiences and implementing effective campaigns.
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
• Ability to articulate, communicate and deliver on a defined strategy.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvement changes.
• Ability to manage internal & external stakeholders with patience and appropriate assertiveness.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to details and accuracy.
• High level of intellectual curiosity, self-motivated to solve difficult issues, continually seeking ways to improve.
