Role Overview

As Product Manager for Juno Labs, you will architect AI-driven solutions by strategically leveraging the latest AI and machine learning services, accelerators, and frameworks such as Amazon Bedrock, SAP Joule, Google Vertex AI, and OpenAI GPT API to address enterprise use cases. This role focuses on solution design and strategic product leadership rather than hands-on implementation. You will be responsible for managing the product backlog, feature roadmap, and ongoing development for CloudSens AI as well as other innovative projects within the division. Your work will help keep Juno Labs at the forefront of AI and cloud technology.

You will report directly to the Director of AI Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and propose AI/ML solutions for enterprise customers using the most current AI services, accelerators, and frameworks available in the market.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the capabilities of AI services and accelerators from major cloud providers including Amazon Bedrock, SAP Joule, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI GPT API, and others.
• Translate customer needs and business challenges into actionable solution designs using modern AI/ML platforms and agentic AI orchestration.
• Map complex enterprise use cases to the right combination of AI tools and services, ensuring maximum business value and technical feasibility.
• Prioritize features and maintain a clear product roadmap based on customer value, market trends, and development effort.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to estimate development efforts and guide project delivery.
• Stay up to date on trends in AI, cloud automation, and multi-cloud management, and bring new ideas into the Juno Labs product suite.
• Analyze the market and listen to customer feedback to spot new opportunities and help shape the future of Juno Labs products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
• At least five years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally with SaaS, cloud, or AI/ML products.
• Strong solutioning experience with AI/ML services and accelerators across AWS, Azure, GCP, and cloud-neutral environments.
• Deep understanding of how to leverage the capabilities of platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, SAP Joule, Google Vertex AI, and OpenAI GPT API to solve enterprise challenges.
• Familiarity with agentic AI orchestration, large language models, chat agents, and modern AI frameworks.
• Experience managing agile product backlogs and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to turn complex technical requirements into clear business value and actionable plans.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, or other cloud AI/ML services.
• Experience with AIOps, multi-cloud management, or IT automation platforms.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integration, persona-based security, or IT financial management.
• A passion for innovation and a track record of delivering successful products in a collaborative environment.
