What you’ll be doing:
- Identify and size the highest-impact opportunities across the member journey—with a focus on acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Develop and drive growth strategies that span content, touchpoints, and engagement loops—turning insights into initiatives that move key metrics.
- Translate strategic goals into clear, testable, and scalable workstreams, collaborating closely with Product, Clinical, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to scope and execute initiatives, proactively managing dependencies and ensuring organizational alignment.
- Operate as the strategic engine behind execution—connecting the dots, unblocking teams, and ensuring progress through complex and fast-changing environments.
What you need to have:
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Exceptional analytical skills—able to dig into data, spot opportunities, and translate insights into action across the member funnel.
- Proven experience navigating complex organizations and leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Ability to move fluidly between strategy and execution, bringing structure to ambiguity and momentum to roadmap delivery.
- Clear, persuasive communicator who can align diverse stakeholders and build buy-in across teams.
- A bias for action, high ownership, and comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
